Four - I'm A Jolly Good Fellow

Hi everyone

I'm now learning what it's like to get older, you have a birthday and no one remembers or buys you presents anymore, well it's not quite that bad I'm just having a whinge!
To be honest with you I really milked my fourth birthday, it was on a Monday so I had a 'Birthday weekend'.

On Saturday we went to Aldeburgh for a swim

It's quiet on the beach in October, all you see are dogs and fishermen

Me an' Luth had a great time

'Happy birthday Rudie'

If you've never had fish and chips from Aldeburgh then you're missing a trick, mind you I only ever get the left overs...

...As you can see

And I have to share them

On Sunday we went for a walk on Martlesham Heath

And around the Police Headquarters

The Control Tower, which is now a museum

And then Monday came and I got this from Luther
We went over to 'Old' Martlesham for my offical birthday walk

The sun shone on the righteous one!

My present from mum, dad and Luther

Treats

I almost forgot that I'm the Borussia Martlesham team mascot, I never get to go to a game nowadays - oh well!
So that was my birthday, over for another year.

Dad decided to trim the holly bush - except he ended up cutting it all down, which really pissed mum off!
There was plenty of wood for me an' Luth to get our teeth in to
Not much left of it!

Poor old Luther had to go to the vets, he had an ulcer on his left eye which luckily they sorted out

He looks a bit like an alien with that dye on it

Max and Steph came round with more presents, I had to share them with Luther as they were for both of us, he has a birthday coming up

No, don't fancy going to work

A Sunday afternoon walk around Fynn Valley

We found water!

And someone to play with

There has been a lot of activity near my woods recently

They were connecting a new water mains and had to put traffic lights on the Main Road whilst they dug it up, sounds like fun!

Kesgrave almost came to a halt, it caused loads of aggro, but I was unaffected!

As snug as a bug on a rug

New signs!

Luther got caught trying to get his grub off the side - bad boy

The bastard only got mine!

It's so nice of them to tarmac the road to my woods

We've got a new rug for the winter - lovely ol' job with an open fire

The US elections were held in November and the surprise winner was Donald Trump

Here's what he would look like if he were a dog!

Me and Luther with our poppies
A proud puppy wearing his poppy

A true gentleman!

We got some new LED flashing lights for when it's dark in the the woods - I lost mine the second time I wore it!
Is there something I should know? Luther's got a passport and mine has been updated!

That's it for now I'll blog again soon and tell you about Luther's first birthday.

Lots of love from

Rudie THE Dog xx
