![]() |
| Hooray Cornwall |
![]() |
| We're staying in Portscatho for a week |
![]() |
| 'Monday Morning View' - people tend to have a photo of their toes with a swimming pool in the background when they're on holiday, this is my take on it |
![]() |
| The Royal Standard one of the two pubs in the village |
![]() |
| The Plume Of Feathers was the other one |
![]() |
| Just opposite our cottage |
![]() |
| Lovely day for a walk |
![]() |
| We did an eight mile walk along the Roseland peninsula from Portscatho to St Mawes |
![]() |
| It was great we hardly saw anyone and we had the beaches all to ourselves |
![]() |
| Cor...nish Pasty! |
![]() |
| They saved a bit for us |
![]() |
| We made it to a place called Place Creek |
![]() |
| Where we got a boat across to... |
![]() |
| St Mawes |
![]() |
| To the pub |
![]() |
| And then a bus ride back to Portscatho |
![]() |
| Quite an adventure - I loved it |
![]() |
| Needless to say we were knackered |
![]() |
| Another day another adventure, this time northwards along the Roseland Peninsula |
![]() |
| We f**kin' love it |

| Someone's been in dad's backpack overnight and found the treats! |
![]() |
| Not so nice today |
![]() |
| The King Harry Ferry on the way to Lizard Point the most southerly part of mainland Britain |
![]() |
| The obligatory selfie |
![]() |
| Lizard lighthouse |
![]() |
| Heading along the coast to Kynance Cove |
![]() |
| Another great walk, although we weren't allowed a swim - too rough apparently! |
![]() |
| On the way home via The Norway Inn |
![]() |
| More rain as Storm Callum passes through Cornwall it didn't bother me an' Luth though |
![]() |
| Cor the sea's gettin' rougher |
![]() |
| Ah Luther loves daddy! |
![]() |
| A quick dip in the sea before teatime |
![]() |
| Chillin' |
![]() |
| Last day of the holiday |
![]() |
| A walk along the coast to The Hidden Hut |
![]() |
| Not many people about today |
![]() |
| Our final swim at Porthcurnick Beach dad not joining us today! |
![]() |
| Sunday morning 364 miles and we'll be home |
What a year it's been for me and Luther we've been on three holiday's and visited 8 different countries, not bad for a couple of black Labs!
I'll catch up with you soon with some mundane stories about the winter.
Lots of love from
