I'm afraid to say that this blog may not be very exciting, it's winter time and I haven't really done a lot wrong!
Just warming my paws by the fire! It's great after a Sunday walk, that and a roast dinner - happy days |
The winter here has been quite mild to be honest, this is about much snow as we've had. |
I can't wait for the spring to arrive, every second counts when the light's going. A few times dad has had to get pick me up after work in the van and take me to the woods before it got too dark. I'd rather do that than walk around Grange Farm on a lead |
Weekends have been my best chance of a decent walk |
This one was between Martlesham and Waldringfield |
Mum thought that it would be funny to put me in the back of that pick-up truck. Does she think that I'm some kind of a hick? |
Now that's what I call a play pit |
That's the BT research centre in the background, I have shown you pictures of that before |
What time does the tide come in? |
There's usually a hidden agenda involved in my walks, especially during the winter. Today it was The Holeshot Cafe for breakfast - for them. I had to wait in the car and they didn't even save me anything, the greedy b*****ds |
I've been trying to dig my way out under the back gate recently, It's been the only place left to try since the Great Escape! |
Another plan foiled |
Back to the drawing board then - the look of a beaten dog? No doubt I'll get my revenge |
We had some very sad news in February, Nanny Haze died after a short illness. She was dad's mum and was only twelve days short of her eightieth birthday.
It's at times like these that us dogs step up to the plate, there was obviously a lot of upset in the house, I pretended that I didn't know what was going on, but I was there to listen and comfort them when needed. Oh and I made sure that I behaved myself!
Oops - wrong Nani! He's the one who use to play for Man Utd! Max always called nanny, Nani after him, which always made her laugh. We all like a pet name, don't we? I've got loads of them |
There's us the first time we met, I'm getting a right old look over! Nanny often brought me a little treat, hint hint. She often asked dad how I was, although she would then tell him that Sheppy was her favourite dog! He was mum & dad's first dog a Border Collie that they inherited from Aunty Rachel when she went to Florida |
In other news - what the f**k is going on here? They've started parking these big diggers across the entrance to my woods! At first I thought that it was to keep me out, but I think it's to stop people nicking stuff from the pit which is behind my woods. There's a question, why can't you lot leave each others stuff alone? |
Revenge - I thought I'd have a chew on these decking lights! |
Look whose back in town - old blue eyes! Sam flew back from Vietnam for nanny's funeral, she would have liked that, four of her grand children there - I wasn't allowed to go |
He thinks that he's being funny giving me beer - the prat |
They're still parking them diggers there, every night and all weekend, I suppose it also stops people going dogging or doing drug deals down there. By the way, what is dogging? My my, I am asking a lot of questions! |
F**k me, or should I say, buck me? Imagine what sort of holes I could dig if I could drive one of these! |
Although I wasn't allowed to go to nanny's funeral I got to see her flowers |
At last it's warming up |
I quite like a run around the heath next to Tesco's. By the way their in trouble! Too many other supermarkets about apparently |
That's another blog done for you, I'll be back with more wisdom soon!
Lot's of love
